Terrific Recognition at the 2017 IPWEA Awards !
It was a great night at the IPWEA Awards dinner recently held at the Playford Hotel, where Jensen PLUS received three Awards for Excellence! IPWEA is the Institute Public Works Engineering Australasia, representing engineers and related professionals with a focus on delivering infrastructure projects in local government.
We shared the Awards and excitement for all three projects with our colleagues from Tonkin Consulting, as well as our various clients.
1. Sixth Street Revitalisation Project – The Rural City of Murray Bridge
Excellence in Design and/or Construction of a Public Works Project – Civil > $1m
2. River Torrens Linear Park – Strategic Integrated Asset Management Plan
Excellence in Asset Management Projects and Practice
3. City-Wide Schools Traffic Safety and Parking Review – City of Norwood, Payneham and St. Peters
Excellence in Road Safety Engineering
These awards recognize our diverse expertise in strategic planning, master planning and urban design, transport planning, landscape architecture and stakeholder and community engagement – all critical to achieving innovation and excellence in community projects.
Thanks to our Council clients for entrusting these special projects to us, and to Tonkin Consulting for both their lead and support roles on these projects over the past 18 months.
