Michael McKeown


Michael is the Director of Jensen PLUS.  He is a leading urban designer and planner, with wide experience across the development industry and public sector.

Michael regularly prepares masterplans and designs for new communities, town centres, major infrastructure projects, residential developments, urban renewal schemes and main streets. Michael is an experienced designer, planner and facilitator, and has excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills.

In 2015 Michael took ownership of Jensen Planning + Design from Peter Jensen, who for two decades had built the reputation of the business as a leading planning and design practice in Australia. Rebranded as Jensen PLUS at the start of 2017, Michael is continuing to lead the business into its next phase of growth and success.

Vicki White

Office Manager

Vicki is the Office Manager of Jensen PLUS and is responsible for accounts, payroll, contract administration and IT.

Vicki’s background has been in legal, medical, serviced office and strata fields before joining the business 21 years ago as a Receptionist. Her strong knowledge of accounting systems and her wide range of administrative skills meant she quickly broadened her role into Office Manager.

Vicki is the day to day contact for account queries and ensures that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.

David Barone


David is an Associate at Jensen PLUS and has managed the statutory planning business area since 2006. He has over 20 years’ experience in local government and the private sector in the provision of development advice and assessment, preparation of policy amendments, and expert evidence. David regularly advises clients about the best planning approach for their project.

David has excellent communication, negotiation and mediation skills, and regularly works within multidisciplinary teams to facilitate and negotiate positive outcomes through the planning system, particularly where competing interests clash.

David is focussed on preparing clear and appropriate policies that facilitate good design outcomes. This experience allows David to get the most out of planning for his clients.

Lisel McLeay

Senior Landscape Architect + Urban Designer

Lisel McLeay is a Senior Landscape Architect + Urban Designer and has been with Jensen PLUS for nine years. Lisel has over 12 years’ experience working in Landscape Architecture and has successfully delivered a variety of high profile and award winning projects throughout South Australia.

Lisel is regularly involved throughout all phases of the design process including concept development, documentation and implementation of public realm, landscape, streetscape and master planning projects. She project manages large multi-disciplinary design teams with high levels of client satisfaction. Effective community and stakeholder engagement is a priority in all projects.

Lisel is proficient in the use of all digital design programs combined with hand drawing for presentation of landscape and urban designs.

Chloe Organ

Assistant Landscape Architect

Chloe is an Assistant Landscape Architect who graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Master of Landscape Architecture. Chloe brings to Jensen PLUS her passion for repurposed landscapes, experimental design techniques and installation design.

Chloe’s enthusiasm and dedication to landscape architecture allows for her continual development within the profession. She has a varied skill set including CAD, 3D modelling, freehand drawing and photomontage. These skills allow Chloe to be utilised within a range of projects and enable her to expand her understanding of landscape architecture and urban design principles and practice.

Chloe enjoys developing her plant knowledge and exploring new landscapes and techniques to influence her design concepts.

Erin Abell

Graphic Designer + Communications Assistant

Erin is a Graphic Designer and Communications Assistant who graduated from the University of South Australia with a Master of Creative Practice. Erin has experience working in the design industry as a graphic designer, illustrator and communications assistant, having worked in design studios and freelancing for multiple clients.

Erin brings to Jensen PLUS her knowledge of design principles and her passion for effective visual communication. Being involved in the design process from concept to completion has allowed Erin to refine her design and finished art skills, as well as enabling her to liaise with clients and print companies.

Erin enjoys freehand drawing with both traditional and digital media, utilising the Adobe design suite, and expanding her knowledge of design principles and practice.
