St Raphael’s School

Jensen PLUS collaborated with Studio Nine Architects - providing planning and landscape design services for the redevelopment of St Raphael’s School in Parkside in inner-Adelaide.

The project included new administration and classroom buildings, reconfigured parking, fencing, signage and landscape works. Located within a Business Neighbourhood Zone and adjacent to a Local Heritage Place, the site required sensitive design and navigation of complex planning overlays.

Our team secured planning approvals, engaged with the City of Unley and DIT, and ensured alignment with the Planning and Design Code. The landscape design improves site access, enhances the busy Glen Osmond Road frontage, and incorporates WSUD features and new tree planting.

This upgrade supports the school’s long-term master plan while strengthening its community presence and function.
