Jensen PLUS projects through the lens
Over the last few weeks, Landscape Architect and resident photographer Chao Du has been on location at a number of our project sites, capturing them through his lens as they mature and flourish.

Holden Street, Hindmarsh
Planning + Landscape Architecture
Jensen PLUS worked with City of Charles Sturt to prepare new street designs for the public realm surrounding Hindmarsh Stadium in preparation for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand, held in 2023.

Scotch College Campus Linkage
Planning + Landscape Architecture
Providing a safe connection between the Junior School Campus and the Senior School boardwalk, the project comprised of three key outcomes: a new car park providing 36 parking spaces, fencing, lighting rubbish bins, bike racks and bollards, in addition to 22 new trees and garden beds, creating a greener, cooler environment with aesthetic appeal.

Millswood Croquet Club
Planning + Landscape Architecture
Supporting the project team to deliver an upgrade of the building and landscapes at Millswood Croquet Club, Jensen PLUS provided planning policy inputs for the design, which included articulating the local character and context of the Historic Conservation Area in which the site sits. We also prepared a landscape concept plan to accompany the Development Application, and later detailed landscape designs which are now well established, adding a lush, green aesthetic that complements the croquet green.

Northwest Quarter, Angle Park
Landscape Architecture
Northwest Quarter in Angle Park is a small urban renewal residential community comprising of 186 lots, including many homes for Defence members and their families. Jensen PLUS provided landscape architecture services including concept design, detailed design, documentation, and contract administration for the development of 186 homes and a new reserve which is flourishing after a season of growth.

Chesser Street
Planning + Landscape Architecture
Chesser Street is an important civic space that provides pedestrian access to the state’s Births, Deaths and Marriages Office, located on the ground floor of the Chesser House building. Chesser Properties engaged Jensen PLUS to lead the rewnewal of the public realm at Chesser Street and upgrade the narrow street into a safe and stylish laneway.
