Regis Kingswood Residential Aged Care Facility – Grand Opening

Another week, another opening! On Wednesday 5th April David attended the opening of the Regis Kingswood Residential Aged Care Facility (formerly known as Sunset Lodge). This state of the art facility was a complete redevelopment of the previous dated group of buildings attached to the local heritage Harling House.

This was a challenging project with neighbour objections and appeal to overcome, as well as making sure that the new development integrates appropriately with Harling House and the character of the surrounding neighbourhood.

We’re proud to have been involved in assisting Regis over the last five years in securing approval for the development, as well as preparing the landscape documentation and contract administration during its construction.
