South Jerrabomberra Regional Jobs Precinct

South Jerrabomberra is situated in Queanbeyan, New South Wales on the border of the Australian Capital Territory.

We’ve been helping the New South Wales Government plan for the future of the area as a business development hub focussed on defence, space, cyber-security, information technology and scientific research sectors.

The precinct includes rural, conservation and residential interfaces so careful master planning around constraints and connectivity has been important to the project.

The South Jerrabomberra draft master plan along with technical studies including our urban design report has recently been published for feedback.

It aims to provide a strategic planning framework to guide businesses seeking to establish or expand in the region.
